WP7611 - Couldnt enable MBIM interface

I tried the default firmware and also the latest firmware from Sierra website.
According to the AT command doc, 00001000 should enable this interface but it doesnt work for me
We cannot enable the MBIM interface using the following AT commands

From AT!usbcomp=?, there is no mbim interface

I see that. I am not sure how to enable that option… Its not available in the stock firmware and also the latest firmware from sierra wireless website.
