Iā€™ve found a bug in the provisioning options of your SIM card which was blocked into LTE-only mode. Iā€™ve fixed your 2 SIMs.

Could you please retry again?

Note: any other folks with SIMs label SO-F3021070 may be affected by this bug as well. Weā€™ll try to find a way to change your SIMs provisioning options.

@asyal I have a similar problem as @jlgonzalez. I didnā€™t understand your instructions to him/her that helped get past the point where the registration asks only for Serial Number and IMEI, and doesnā€™t ask for ICCID. I tried the url in the Getting Started Guide, which is http://eu.airvantage.net/start but which redirected to https://eu.airvantage.net/start?company=e8e94c9dfee543dd9f6594f26a2bbc95. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

@jdots83 you need to logout from your old account and create a new one at the address given in the Getting Started

@asyal Thanks for answering. That is what I took it to mean. I unregistered the MangOH Red from the original login, created a new login, and tried to register the Red via the new login. I still see a screen that shows fields only for IMEI and SN. Just to be clear, my ā€œoldā€ account was only a few days old. Maybe thereā€™s something else? I tried this on Safari and Chrome and cleared history prior.

This did not work, simply going to airvantage and checking that General says LTE, and not LTE-ONLY is simplistically ineffectiveā€¦
