WP8548 with R15.0 and R16.1 works WP7607 with R13.1 (LE19.04) or R16.0 (LE20.08) does not work! Have not had time to test with wireshark yet.

All Airvantage commands (WDSS, WDSC, WDSE, WDSG, WDSI, WDSR) responds with “NOT IMPLEMENTED” Tested on two WP7607 gateways. (Works on a WP8548)
