Software Over-the-Air from AirVantage stop working

Hi,
all my WP85 have Legato 16.10.1
usually I am using AirVantage to install application over the air without failure but suddenly do not know why Software Over-the-Air not working in any of the WP85. It is look like downloaded the file successfully but not installing. If you see the attached image its get stuck here…

i can see a new release available for WP module (https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/legato/wpfirmwarerelease14/)
and in the release note “Known Issue” section (page 11) it is mentioned that

"Legato AF / modem firmware incompatibility
As part of QTI9X1555-1057, some corrections were made to long standing issues with the QMI interface.
This aligns the Sierra QMI response result codes with EM/MC74xx, WP76xx, and newer members of
these product families. Our policy is generally to maintain backward compatibility with older modem
images, but as a consequence of the fundamental nature of this change, Legato AF version 16.10.2 and
older may not be combined with modem firmware version SWI9X15Y_07.12.xx or newer and Legato AF
version 16.10.3 and newer may not be combined with modem firmware version SWI9X15Y_07.11.xx or
older. Any Legato – Modem interaction such as fwupdate (and FOTA), AirVantage features, GPIO/ADC
access and secure file system access, among others, would be impacted. There may also be other
unforeseen functional or stability consequences and therefore such combinations are not supported.
"
Please let me know whether this issue is because of above update or something else.

Looks like after the download is complete your device is not receiving the install command. Have you tried restarting the session after the download is complete or setting the polling timer to a low interval (1min) to see if it addresses the issue?

Hi esun,
thank you for your response. I am not sure, if i understand correctly yes i did SOTA and power restart multiple time and with multiple board but no success. Please let me know how do i troubleshoot the issue.
