AirVantage fota not working

Hi,
does AirVantage fota work? I have been following this tutorial: Mangoh red tutorial and I cannot see my device online. It is marked as “pending”.

I can ping google.com, I double checked my imei and SN, I have redCloud running and I run out of ideas what might be the issue…

Yes it looks the same. So what might be the problem? Where should I look for it?

how about delete the module in Airvantage website and register and reconnect ?

  1. I deleted and registered again the device on Airvantage website
  2. I run at+wdss=1,1
