How to change size of rootfs & userapp space

I want to change the size of rootfs so that I can run my Qt5 application.For that I have see this https://forum.legato.io/t/yocto-distro-toolchain-change-to-linaro/2237/10
thread but those AT!ENTERCND=“A710” not working, Do I need to enable any interface for At commands?

please help me with the bellow issue

I run the following cmd with following settings
AT!APPPARTCHG=896,128,20096,384,110048,384,37888,2560,80288,1280

Now my AT!APPPARTCHG given me
AT!APPPARTCHG=896,128,20096,384,110048,384,37888,2560,80288,1152
the last pad is changed.

Again I am trying to set default But cmd giving Error.
