does this SIM OK to send SMS? Have you tried other module like WP76?

Yes, the SIM has been tested for sending SMS on mobile. We were previously testing WP7702 module. Since we intended to use the UART interface, we shifted to RC7620 but we observed this error while testing.

What is return of at!gstatus? You can try more sim card from other operator and see if this is only happening to this sim card only
