SDIO Support for both SDCard and IOT Wifi

Hello,
I’ve been related posts but I’m not sure about the following question.

The SDIO port is multiplexed between the SD card connector and the IOT connector. If installing an external Wifi in the MangohRed, is the OS able to manage both the wifi and the SD card at the same time?

Unfortunately it’s only a single interface, so you can only use one feature at a time.
