redSensorToCloud not shown

Hello all,

I have completed steps in the manual up until section 5 part 7. The update prior was a success, but on the next page, the command app status does not show redSensorToCloud. How should i proceed?

you can try the following:

  1. upgrade your WP76 module to R13.3.
  2. at!entercnd=“A710”
  3. at!custom=“HSICENABLE”,1
  4. reboot the device
  5. download my .update file here:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XzqiiPbdBmNeT5uTnrZSBlDTTchXo1Az/view?usp=sharing
  6. scp the .update file to module, and type “update /tmp/red.wp76xx.update”
  7. “app status” should show “[stopped] redSensorToCloud”

!entercnd=“A710” yields the message: event not found
same for step 3.

Those AT command is entered in AT channel.
You can enter after “microcom /dev/ttyAT”

I entered the module console, typed in microcom /dev/ttyAT and the cursor froze after blinking a couple times :confused:

no problem is found on my side:

For resetting module, you can type AT!RESET in AT command channel, or type “reboot” in UART console"
