Hello,
I’m having a problem to start the app redSensorToCloud in my mangOH Red (WP7702). I followed all the steps in the Getting Started Guide, but we’re not using a GNSS antenna, we lost it.
I am not sure that is the problem, but here it go some possibilities:
When I initialize the app redSensorToCloud I get this issue, but I don’t know where to find the system log file:
There was an error. Application ‘redSensorToCloud’ could not be started. Check the system log for error messages.
When I retry to initialize redSensorToCloud I see that the application is already running.
I didn’t find a compatible firmware and application for WP7702. So I left that one for WP8548:
WP8548_SWI9X15Y_07.12.14.00
SWI9X15Y_07.12.14.00
When I try to connect, I get:
root@swi-mdm9x28-wp:~# cm data connect
Setting up profile 1
Connecting … ok
Cheking if device ‘rmnet_data0’ is up … ok
Routin inet … ok
mv: can’t remove ‘/etc/resolv.conf’: Device or resource busy
Testing connection … ok
root@swi-mdm9x28-wp:~#
The firmware version:
SWI9X06Y_02.16.06.00 7605a6 jenkins 2018/06/20 17:56:12
Bootloader Version:
SWI9X06Y_02.16.06.00 7605a6 jenkins 2018/06/20 17:56:12
Due this problem in the cm data connect I can not connect with AirVantage.
So, my doubts are:
-
The problem with the connection could it be the by the absence of the GNSS Antenna?
-
What could I do to resolve that without the antenna?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
