Getting error message while configuring POLTE in the mangOH RED with HL7800/HL7800M chip installed.

Using HL7800 with latest firmware “HL7800.4.6.8.0”.Kindly share your feedback regarding the same.

you should use AT+GNSSCONF.
you can download the latest AT command guide for HL78 module.

I am using AT+GNSSCONF command as well as the POLTE commands. I think it is related to the new firmware. I update the firmware to latest(HL7800 FW from Sierra Wireless), But bootloader COM port is not responding after some initial messagesbootloader .

You need to enter this in uart1
At+switracemode=RnD

Yes,I got that command from Sierra.Now bootloader is working but AT+SWITRACEMODE=Customer command giving error message.

Why are you switching the mode? What do you want to do?

“AT+SWITRACEMODE=Customer” changed with “AT+SWITRACEMODE=CUSTOMER” and its worked.POLTE function configured and location data getting on my device.
