mangOH yellow reboots when expansion cable plugged in

When the expansion cable is plugged in - even with nothing connected to it - the yellow continuously reboots with the following messages. Has anyone else experienced this?

Couple of points:

a. We dont allow hot plug of cable. It will lead to reset
b. Make sure no wires are shorted to each other

We dont observe any reboots in normal operation.

Thanks for the response. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a hot plug (I’m posting on behalf of someone in another location). UART1 was connected to another board though the cable. It might be that the wrong wires were connected. I will pass on the information.
