MangOH Yellow BLE bad detects

I have build BLE battery service and run it on MangOH Yellow WP7702. It works and can be connected from external device (I use Android smartphone)
But problem is that it is hardly detectable by BLE scan. If it scannable then connection is stable, but it is not always shown in scan results.
Is it possible to increase power of BLE transmition on mangoh ?

Iā€™m not sure that it is a BLE RF issue.

If you are using firmware release 0.4.0 then the mangOH Yellow BLE device is advertising only during 500 seconds (8m20s) after init.

In next releases the advertisement will never timeout.
