Bluetooth on mangOH Yellow

Bluetooth driver seems to be integrated now in kernel (is it correct?) on mangOH Yellow WP7702 R11. But ‘hcitool lescan’ gives an error ‘Could not open device: No such device’
What actions should be performed to list BLE devices arround on mangOH Yellow WP7702 R11?

root@swi-mdm9x28-wp:~# dmesg | grep Blue

Please wait for Friday. We are doing a major release for mangoh yellow which shall support all Bluetooth features.

I have upgraded new firmware 0.4.0 and now output a bit better, but still not works. What should be done to get it working?

can you power cycle after firmware download?
Your error maybe due to not power cycling after firmware download

wow, restart device helps ! thanks! now we can test it deeper…

Hi asyal,

Can you let us know what are the firmware changes done to get the output correctly?

We are not able to get a clean output here using a different bluetooth module

Thanks & Regards,
