IoT slot cards for LoRaWAN in Japan frequency

Our customer would like to use LoRaWan IoT card with mangOH yellow board.
But the LoRaWan IoT card for ATIM company (following URL) do not support Japan LoRaWan frequency.

Do you or SWI know good loRaWan IoT card vendor with Japan frequency?
