While trying to attach the device to octave dashboard, i am getting following error.
1] Serial number already in use
2] IMEI already in use
Can anybody help me on this?

I had this occur once when I had the device set up in another test account having used it for some previous testing. Once I deleted it from the first account I was able to add it to the second account where it was failing.
