Communication problem between mangOH Red and AirVantage

Hello,

I have a problem to communicate my mangOh red with AirVantage.
I’m using a card that is not from Sierra, but from another operator.
I would like to know how to register my device and get the communication.

I tried putting this parameters, but don’t work.

Can someone help me?

Hello Mateushto,

It’s okay if your SIM card is not a Sierra Smart SIM. There is no limitation regarding the SIM card provider.
When registering your module, you only need the Serial number (FSN) and the IMEI. Type the command cm info in the console to retrieve these info.

You won’t be able to use that SIM card on Airvantage.
There’s other forum post on this topic. I will send you the link later today where users had the same problem but found a round about way to solve it,

I did this, but the communication is not working.
My monitor show just this.
