what is swice command used for?
are you upgrading .update file?
If so, you just need to use update command
yes, but it doesn’t work, so I thinked to do with swiflash, flashing the fw on the board
.update file is not FW, but application file.
I managed to swiflash the three files .cwe, .spk and .cwe in a myFirmware.spk, but I can’t flash them on the card with either of the following two methods:

seems you did not transfer the file to module by scp command.
So fwupdate command cannot find it.
I read that to do this you have to lower switch 7, reset, flash and then raise switch 7 while swiflash works. Let’s hope…
Do you think that it could be a right way? It’s still downloading…
Have you ever done this and used swiflash? please

As said before, use fwupdate
doesn’t work, I’m trying it since two weeks ago
Why does it not work?

in myFirmware there are modem.spk, legato.cwe and yocto.cwe, and I followed this procedure:
So, could be normal the fact that swice still works after two hours or is the device in loop?

no, I transfered the file by scp as I always done
You can try fwupdate an official spk and see if it works
i stopped this procedure…the board is in loop, i can’t enter with ssh. I noticed that yocto.cwe makes the device go in loop, every time. the only yocto that worked was for wp76, so it was wrong. i think i have problem with yocto, it is the only source of problems…
I’m trying also this way…
UPDATE:
It’s still working after one hour. Could be a problem of the spk file or is it normal?
probably module problem, can you switch to another module and test?
