WP7700 Bluetooth WL18xx timeout firmware R12

Attempt to start Bluetooth results in:

I recall reading that R12 was supposed to have Bluetooth support built in. Any ideas what is causing that timeout?

Getting a newer version of TIInit_11.8.32.bts fixed the problem, I can now execute hcitool scan. See discussion here:
