Using UART on (I2C SPI GPIO UART) IoT Card

Hello,
I am using WP7702 + MangOH Red.
Im in a need for two UARTs, I’ve used one from RPI header, and I see that other UART can be accessible trough the USB port (named CONSOLE). But because for my application I need raw PINS (cant use usb converters) I’m trying to setup UART on this IoT Card.

As seen in datasheet of IoT Card I need to enable UART via jumper, and select voltage via JUMPER.
My question is what do I do after plugging in the IoT Card?

In datasheet it says:

" On the IoT slot on the mangOH board MUST be enabled to allow the nRESET signal to enable the level shifting circuitry on the card."

How to do that?

Assuming this is the same as the USB card, which I’ve tried successfully, and several other cards for which I’ve seen posts on the forum (but haven’t directly tried), try this:

root@# echo 2 >> /sys/class/gpio/export
root@# echo out >> /sys/class/gpio/gpio2/direction
root@# echo 1 >> /sys/class/gpio/gpio2/value
