Set up NB-IOT from another provider

Hi, how does one set-up connection from another NB-IoT provider.
I currently have a MangOh Yellow.

And is it possible to send AT-commmands to the board. If so, how?

You can use “cm data apn xxx” to change the apn for nbiot network
