RC76xx application development

Could anyone point me at any information about using the new RC76xx series devices instead of the WP series?
I’m trying to find out how to develop and install applications for the RC series.
I have the mangHO yellow board.

Thanks, but the Sierra wireless documentations says the device has “Embedded: Legato Application Framework”.
