I2C error after installing WiFi IOT card

Hi,

I recently got the WiFi IOT expansion card for my MangOH Red with a WP76. I was following the installation procedure outlined here WiFi expansion card tutorial when in the middle of the ssh session the device disconnected. I haven’t been able to connect to device at 192.168.2.2 since then. Looking at the console log, I see this error in particular that is recurring every few seconds

[ 685.894503] i2c-msm-v2 78b8000.i2c: NACK: slave not responding, ensure its powered: msgs(n:1 cur:0 tx) bc(rx:0 tx:14) mode:FIFO slv_addr:0x3a MSTR_STS:0x0c1300c8 OPER:0x00000090

Here’s the cm info output

I tried reflashing the firmware on the device but swiflash does not detect the target.
