HSIC for using LAN9730 on WP8548

Hi ALL!
we try to send traffic to ethernet (comp) by LAN9730. its need to use HSIC, but module send error:
Send:AT!CUSTOM=“HSICENABLE”,1

Recieve:ERROR
but if i try to know about hsic, i see that its enable

How can i set hsci and lan9730???

Did you build the driver for LAN9730?

while LAN9730 not get the IP-address by DHCP, in the modem network interface eth0 does not appear

here is another question: how can I set DHCP server mode on LAN9730 by HSIC?

A few basic questions:
a. Have you made a separate board for this?
b. If so, what is the trace length for HSIC
