How to read/write EEPROM on MangOH Yellow

There is an EEPROM (24AA32AF) on mangOH

I can find it with i2ctool, but cannot find the device node under /sys/bus/i2c/devices

How do I create an EEPROM device node (e.g. /sys/bus/i2c/devices/4-0050/eeprom)?

I found the root cause , it was caused by “mangoh_yellow_dev.ko” (some devices initial failed during insert module)
