Build legato 19.02 source for WP76 module

Hi all,
I am trying to build legato 19.02 source for WP76 module:

However after i install the toolchain and extract the legato-19.02.0.tar.bz2, there is no bin/configlegatoenv

Any idea how to build this legato source?

I found the solution is to type “make” first.
