And then, I tried PSM.

After 14400 sec. system did not wake up.
Does anyone else has to set up?

Did you set the timeout value by +cpsms ?
Did you check if there is any reply from network from +cereg unsolicited message? According to AT command guide, if psm timer is not accepted by network, PSM is disabled and neither PSM nor ULPM will be performed.
Btw, I remember i also need to run this wakeup_app.rar to let the module stay awake while removing usb cable.
I guess the module has gone to sleep mode after you unplugged the USB cable.
Please run the app to make the module still awake after USB disconnect.

BTW, I also suggest you to try ULPM mode first:
Hi Paul,
One big way to reduce power is to put the HSIC interface into suspend mode. This can drop power by 60 ma.
–> echo 0 > /sys/bus/usb/devices/usb1/authorized
Also make sure wakelock is set in case USB cable is removed:
–> echo NO_SLEEP > /sys/power/wake_lock
Also, if you are ready to take a soldering iron, you can get some more improvements:
a. Add R306 (0R), and check that EXT_GPS_LNA_EN signal is set 0. Should be 4ma saving
b. Savings over LEDs:
