Hey A few weeks ago I tried the mangOH virtual machine. Yesterday I downloaded it again from the mangOH site. After the install process the ubuntu environment looked less complete. Most programs and folders where missing. Can anybody explain why? ---

The previous mangOH VM originated before leaf existed. This means that managing the toolchains was quite error prone. Now that leaf packages are available, the previous VM wasn’t really solving a problem that needed to be solved anymore. So now the VM is much more stripped down. It’s basically just a barebones Ubuntu 18.04 with Leaf installed. Please take a look at the updated mangOH Red Getting Started Guide to get up to speed with the new VM. ---

Hey dfrey, Thanks for your reply. I am using windows 10 with Ubuntu app, vs-code legato extension and Leaf now! Leaf works great!
