# Swiflash problem no device connected

Hi All,

This is my first post and first attempt with my MangOH Red.  
I’m trying to update the firmware of my MangOH Red. However the swiflash command is returning “no device connected”.

Some additional information:  
system: native Ubuntu 16.04, kernel 4.4.0-134-generic  
I see three ttyUSBx devices in /dev/, all with rw acces:

crw-rw-rw- 1 root users 188, 0 mei 24 17:47 ttyUSB0  
crw-rw-rw- 1 root users 188, 1 mei 24 17:47 ttyUSB1  
crw-rw-rw- 1 root users 188, 2 mei 24 17:47 ttyUSB2

I can ping and ssh the MangOH red. It has a WD7702 module.

The syslog shows the following:
