# Region Specific WP Module

I am looking for a WP module with 4G/3G capabilities.  
I know which bands are used in my region, can I simply choose a module which supports those bands?  
Or do I need to pay attention to the carrier that is listed on the [sierra wireless website?](https://www.sierrawireless.com/products-and-solutions/embedded-solutions/iot-modules/)

I have a WP8548 which has the carrier listed as AT+T, but it works fine with Telstra in Australia.  
I am not sure if that means the other modules will also work with Telstra even if they are not explicitly listed as a carrier.
