# Problem to establish mobile connection through micro-SIM (mangOH red)

I try to connect through the sim card using:

_-cm radio on_

For five or ten seconds if I use # cm radio I get the following information:

_root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm radio_  
_Power: ON_  
\_Current Network Operator: \_  
_Status: Not registered but currently searching for a new operator (LE\_MRC\_REG\_SEARCHING)_  
_Signal: No signal strength (0)_  
_PS: Packet Switched Unknown state (LE\_MRC\_REG\_UNKNOWN)_

After ten seconds this:

_root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm radio_  
_Power: ON_  
\_Current Network Operator: \_  
_Status: Not registered and not currently searching for new operator (LE\_MRC\_REG\_NONE)_  
_Signal: No signal strength (0)_  
_PS: Packet Switched Unknown state (LE\_MRC\_REG\_UNKNOWN)_

The information using # cm sim info is as follows:

_root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm sim info_  
_Type: EXTERNAL\_SLOT\_1_  
_ICCID: 89332401000004548174_  
_Home Network Operator: I TIM_  
_IMSI: 222013094586840_  
_Phone Number:_

I have tested with the sim card that comes with the mangOH network kit checking before on the cell phone that took coverage, also with my own cell phone and also with another more …

Any suggestions?

can you try:  
cm radio off  
cm radio on

and let it stay there for a while. It can sometimes take 15 to 30 minutes sometimes for the first time network connection.
