# MangoH Red session logged out

While I was working with voiceCallApp in the MangoH red, I was experimenting with cm radio on and cm radio off commands and while doing this MangoH Red was logged out and I could not login back again. When I try to re-install the firmware image I am getting the below error

Can someone please give me the directions in fixing the issue.

1. plug in to Windows, it should have a DM port on device manager.
2. use 7zip to extract the FW upgrade one click exe.
3. use command prompt to run fdt2.txt xxx.spk
