When you say, “the same problem” - do you see the same behaviour on the console?

Is it a new board, or one that you’ve been using but has now stopped working?

Have you tried all the suggestions from @jbartol and @dfrey ?

As @asyal noted, mine was an early board - so what revisions do you have?

Hi,
I can update legato via usb cable but I cannot ping 192.168.2.2. Sierra Wireless Studio does not detect the unit. Both my mangOH are new board. First mangOH works fine. I unboxed second mangOH and could not connect to my PC. I have got MANGOHRED_WP8548 1788-1001-ND on mangOH red box. I cannot connect to console.

If you can’t connect to the console, it’s not the same problem!
