# mangOH Red mt7697 WiFi using WP77xx - make red\_wp77xx failed

Hello everyone,

I was using this [tutorial](https://github.com/mangOH/mangOH/wiki/mangOH-Red-mt7697-WiFi) in order to eventually run the wifi client on the mangoh red WP7702. However, I am stuck at step 4 - **Rebuild your mangOH system to incorporate the WiFi patches.**

The make red\_wp77xx command just fails after I applied the Legato patch (18.9.0).

> Makefile:93: recipe for target ‘red\_wp77xx’ failed  
> make: \*\*\* [red\_wp77xx] Error 1

and I have no idea why. I would be thankful for any kind of help.
