This is more behind the cause of the error, but I do not know the intent behind these build vars, so do not see how to fix. For now, I will try changing LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA to ‘ti’ wifi.sdef: LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA=${LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/ti/pa\_wifi.sh ~/legato\_framework/legato/modules/WiFi/service/daemon/Component.cdef sources: { wifiService.c le\_wifiClient.c le\_wifiAp.c {LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/{LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA}/pa\_wifi\_client\_ti.c … ---

Hi, I do face the same issue while ‘Make red\_wp85’. wifi.sdef file looks as seen below. As you find, already, the LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA is set to ${LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/ti/pa\_wifi.sh. So, the root cause seems to be something else. #include “default.sdef” buildVars: { LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT={LEGATO\_ROOT}/modules/WiFi // File is selected by users, replace "ti" with "qca" to support qca chipset LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA={LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/ti/pa\_wifi.sh } ---

And, my ‘component.cdef’ is as seen below, sources: { wifiService.c le\_wifiClient.c le\_wifiAp.c {LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/{LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA}/pa\_wifi\_client\_ti.c {LEGATO\_WIFI\_ROOT}/service/platformAdaptor/{LEGATO\_WIFI\_PA}/pa\_wifi\_ap\_ti.c } With this, when I make, I get the issue as, \*\* ERROR: /home/mangoh/legato\_framework/legato/modules/WiFi/service/daemon/Component.cdef:15:4: error: Couldn’t find source file ‘/home/mangoh/legato\_framework/legato/modules/WiFi/service/platformAdaptor//home/mangoh/legato\_framework/legato/modules/WiFi/service/platformAdaptor/ti/pa\_wifi.sh/pa\_wifi\_client\_ti.c’ Makefile:131: recipe for target ‘red\_wp85’ failed make: \*\*\* [red\_wp85] Error 1 ---
