I’ve run through the :mangOH® Red Getting Started Guide (non-Octave)" tutorial exactly, but it doesn’t seem to be communicating to the redCloud. Here are the particulars: root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm data Index: 1 APN: [internet.sierrawireless.com](http://internet.sierrawireless.com) PDP Type: IPV4 Connected: no root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm data connect Setting up profile 1 Connecting … failed Sun Jan 6 17:33:02 UTC 1980 - Connection Failure: LE\_FAULT root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm radio Power: ON Current Network Operator: Current RAT: Module not registered on network, RAT not available Status: Not registered and not currently searching for new operator (LE\_MRC\_REG\_NONE) Signal: No signal strength (0) PS: Packet Switched Unknown state (LE\_MRC\_REG\_UNKNOWN) Why is the module not registered on network? Also, on the AirVantage Platform dashboard, the IMEI/ESN number is completely different from the IMEI number I entered. Isn’t it supposed to be the same, or is this something different? ---

What do you mean the IMEI/ESN is different? Could you please elaborate? @jbartol ---

Here’s what the device reports for the IMEI and is what I entered when registering the device in AirVantage: root@swi-mdm9x15:~# cm info Device: WP7502 IMEI: 357851070003871 IMEISV: 30 FSN: P3653300180703 Firmware Version: SWI9X15Y\_07.14.01.00 595652d jenkins 2018/10/26 08:34:29 Bootloader Version: SWI9X15Y\_07.14.01.00 595652d jenkins 2018/10/26 08:48:35 MCU Version: 002.004 PRI Part Number (PN): 9906352 PRI Revision: 01.05 Carrier PRI Name: GENERIC Carrier PRI Revision: 001.042\_000 SKU: 1103114 Last Reset Cause: Unknown Resets Count: Expected: 0 Unexpected: 0 And here is what the AirVantage Platform dashboard reports: IMEI/ESN 222013094589948 Isn’t the IMEI from the device and the IMEI/ESN in AirVantage supposed to be the same? I’m just wondering if this has anything to do with my connection problem. ---

Seems like you entered your IMSI and not your IMEI… ---

No, I’m sure I entered the correct IMEI number, besides the IMSI doesn’t match up either. 208240001328851 vs. 222013094589948. ---

Do I terminate the device in AirVantage and start over? I get the following warning before actually going through with it: #### Danger zone You are about to terminate **mangOH 89332401000004679250**. Termination is **irreversible** and will render your System permanently unusable. This operation is going to attempt to terminate the Subscription 89332401000004679250. There is no undo. Do you really want to terminate **mangOH 89332401000004679250**? Note that depending on contract, fees may be applied. ---

Yes, I don’t know why it came out differently. I would need to terminate the unit before re-registering. Is it okay to do this, or will I run into other issues as well? ---
