Is it possible to get voice calls over 2G fallback? And what is the current timeline for supporting VoLTE? Thanks, Saad. ---

Hi everyone, does anyone have any success performing a successful voice call with Mangoh Yellow + WP7611 combination? I had a brand new Mangoh Yellow and WP7611 sourced from digikey that doesn’t ever send audio to the far end (People I call with the board cannot hear me). I build the voiceCallApp sample app using the mksys voiceCallApp.sdef using the SWI repository from leaf. (swi-wp76\_4.7.0 │ SDK for WP76 (Release 13.3 + Legato 20.04.0) If I put the same wireless chip (WP7611) into a mangoh red, the voice call works absolutely fine. I see in the mangoh Yellow Hardware Architecture guide that the digital microphone is the default and it doesn’t pick up the mic from the 3.5 mm jack. But in this case, shouldn’t the caller still be able to hear me because mangoh yellow use built-in microphone? @syedahmed : Because of packaging constraints with our product, we moved forwards with the Analog microphone (special build mangoh yellow). It did require tweaking of a PCM parameter which was answer from another thread to get it working. Maybe this would have solved the digital mic issue, but we haven’t tried it since we got custom hardware.
