Hello, I have a problem to communicate my mangOh red with AirVantage. I’m using a card that is not from Sierra, but from another operator. Hello [Mateushto](https://mangoh.discourse.group/u/Mateushto), It’s okay if your SIM card is not a Sierra Smart SIM. There is no limitation regarding the SIM card provider. When registering your module, you only need the Serial number (FSN) and the IMEI. Type the command **cm info** in the console to retrieve these info. Hope this helps, Regards, ---

Hi, You won’t be able to use that SIM card on Airvantage. There’s other forum post on this topic. I will send you the link later today where users had the same problem but found a round about way to solve it, Ashish ---
