# Check whether sim card is capable to transmit SMS messages

Hi,

I’m using the sim card that came with Mangoh red wp7702, I want to develop a program that can receive and send SMS messages. However, when I was testing with cm send sms command, my cell phone didn’t receive any messages. And AT+CMGS=“1234567” command returned CMS error 350, which means rejection of the message by the provider.

So I want to make sure whether the sim card is capable of sms transmission or it just data only?
