1. arch/arm/boot/dts/qcom/mdm9607-regulator.dtsi  
change the regulator l13 init-voltage from 2.85 to 1.8v  
regulator-name = “mdm9607\_l13”;  
regulator-min-microvolt = \<1800000\>;  
regulator-max-microvolt = \<2850000\>;

                  qcom,init-voltage = <1800000>;

1. in /arch/arm/boot/dts/qcom/mdm9607-wp76xx.dtsi  
Change the voltage levels.
